I just wanted to let you know that your review course is awesome! I just took my boards for the second recert since graduating from PA school in 2006. I am a terrible test taker and do not look forward to them at all!!! I listened to your review lectures in my car (30 minute commute) to work morning and night for a month. I listened to a few topics more than once:-) I took the test last week and got my results today. A PASS with the highest score I have ever gotten. Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!!Read Less

Hey Andrew just want to give a big thank you to you. I just took what I believed to be my last PANRE in April 21,2017. I got my results 5 days later and PASSED!! With a score not what I was expecting. I have been a PA practicing for nearly 33 years (mostly in a subspecialty). I purchased your course with only one month to prepare. I must say, the videos are to the point, enough to do well on the PANRE. Great refresher too...those buzz words I saw them all over the exam. That medicine cheat sheet was the best! I really believed it zoomed me to my success.Read Less

I'm in my didactic portion of my PA program, and if any students are wondering if this course has it's primary use for the boards, I'd disagree. This course is great for studying for Clinical Medicine exams during the didactic phase. The videos and audio (combined with the notes as a downloadable PDF) were certainly very helpful to help with retention and understanding. As I move into the clinical portion of my program, I intend to continue using this review course (paired with the wonderful pharmacology review course that I purchased as a bundled deal earlier in the year) to further gear my retention of material that I am either currently studying for one rotation, as well as other material sections as well. Material wise, availability for technical issues and questions in general, the new dashboard, and app on Google Play is a definite 5 out of 5 stars. The only critique I have, is that I do wish this course for both the clinical medicine review and even pharmacology would be providing practice board style questions at the end of each "module"/ "topic".' Otherwise, awesome job!! -MelanieRead Less

Andrew genuinely has the utmost interest in our success as students and providers. He is also responsive, caring and generous to the needs of the individual. Aside from his noteworthy character, his reviews are succinct and otherwise to the point (ie. no fluff or wasted details). With this Board Review Course, he focuses on the NCCPA Blueprint and provides quick-to-view lectures with only the pertinent information, helping to consolidate the necessary information and weed out the smaller and more in-depth which sometimes held me up (ie. wasted my time) while reviewing for the PANCE. I have used other review sources/courses like HippoED (and still like them!), but as good as their videos are, they are sometimes lengthy (which can be good or bad depending on your needs). I also took the Certified Medical Educators Review Course prior to graduating (together with my classmates), and though they are good, they get way too deep into the details (many of which are beyond what the PANCE will cover). Again, the PABoards Review Course has been more beneficial to me in its shorter (to the point) and not overly-detailed details. This helped me in my struggles to be more efficient and otherwise focused while reviewing for the PANCE. Thanks again, Andrew!Read Less

Most PA students and recent PA school graduates have three major stressors in common: they are on a budget, they are very busy, and they have many resources to study from, but do not know where to start. Thankfully, the Board Review Course helps pacify these three stressors very effectively. First if you are on a budget, the course is very inexpensive compared to the other HIGH YIELD PA boards review courses available online. Additionally, with your subscription to the course, you receive access FOREVER. I bought the course at the beginning of my clinical year on a recommendation from a fellow classmate and have used the course to study for each of my end of rotation exams so far. Since my subscription will not expire (like other review courses do), I plan do use this course to study for my PANCE in a couple months as well. This will literally safe me hundreds of dollars down the road. Second if you are very busy, you won't have to spend hours learning to navigate the layout of the course website. It is very user friendly and organized so that you can quickly find exactly the disease or subject area you want to focus on. The videos are short, sweet, and to the point of exactly the HIGH YIELD information that will be tested. In fact, if you are pressed for time, on a lunch break, or at the gym, you can download the App through the App Store for productive, on-the-go studying. Additionally, you can download the audio files of the videos if you like to listen to podcasts while you drive or run. Third if you are overwhelmed by the amount of material you have to cover for a specific didactic year exam, an end of rotation exam, or the PANCE, this Board Review Course is an awesome place to start. You can find comfort knowing you are studying the correct material because Andrew is constantly updating the course. In addition to the videos, audio files, and app, Andrew has uploaded a printable study guide for you to follow along as well. Last, if you have any questions about the content, have technical difficulties, or just need advice, Andrew is very good at quickly responding to emails and resolving whatever issue may arise. (In fact, Boards Review Course students' emails get priority!) To summarize, if you are like me and are on a budget, are very busy, and get overwhelmed by the amount of information that you need to know, then I would highly recommend the Boards Review Course. I have integrated the course content to my study routine and have seen improvements in not only my ability to answer multiple choice questions correctly, but also in my ability to recall information when I get asked questions by my preceptors on rotations.Read Less
The fear of not passing is enough to make anyone cringe - after all, the stakes are high. Over the years, I've received numerous emails from students who didn't pass the first time around -- like this one:
"I just wanted to say thank you for always being the light in a dark place. A bit of my story goes, is that I went to PA school and during that time my entire world turned upside down. You understand every single feeling that hits a student, plus if you are one who is struggling in school to pass a test and with life in general, it becomes this vicious vortex of negative emotions.
A bit of my story is that I graduated from school in August of 2015 and a couple of weeks later I didn't pass my boards. I could tell you every feeling of failure you have but you already know.
After beating myself up, I started to pick myself up again, I found the courage to take the test but guess what, I failed a second time. This was the devastating blow, the one that became more of a trauma associated to taking the test.
I was lost for months, I just thought that this is the one thing in life I would never be able to accomplish, I couldn't understand why. I didn't know how to move forward. Sometimes if you pay attention to the signs in life it feels like there is something putting a red light up for a reason we might not understand yet.
Flash forward to August 2016, your emails started to really hit me, I ended up buying your lectures watching online and following along with the sections of the book. Good old fashioned highlighter and pen for notes. I took the boards for the third time on August 31, 2016 and this time I'm happy and unbelievably able to say I passed! Everything really does happen for a reason, I might never fully understand why it took the fight that it did to become a certified PA.
I just wanted to say, thank you, and if you ever run across a fellow PA who's like me and needs an underdog story of inspiration I would be happy to be there for anyone, anytime."
Sincerely, a greatly appreciative certified PA!
As you've read, failing the boards can be devastating.
The problem? We never think it will happen to us - until it does.
Usually, students fail because they were never taught how to answer questions correctly. This means, you need help learning how to answer what they are asking - this is exactly what we teach you to do...
We show you how to diagnose
correctly every time. You'll learn the steps in which to order labs/imaging/tests.
Free access to our app so you can review while you're on the go.

The material will never expire. You will have access for life.
